SHIPPING & RETURNS


How long does it take from placing an order to delivery?

Due to high demand, please allow 2-4 weeks for all domestic orders (USA) to arrive and 4-6 weeks for international orders outside the USA. Some variability may cause the shipment to take a little longer than these estimates, depending on the location of shipment, security, customs, and processing beyond our control. You may have to wait, but it's always worth it, we promise!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. Please note: international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees.

Do you accept returns and refunds?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 calendar days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
